Golf For DPA Join us on Monday, September 20th for the Inaugural DPA Open golf tournament at River Oaks Golf Club in Edmond. This 18-hole scramble tournament will tee off at 8:00 AM and features long drive and closest to the pin contests PLUS an exciting team putting contest for everyone. We have many sponsorship opportunities available as well. Even if you don't play golf, would you consider sharing the information with your company to see if they would be willing to be a sponsor or put a team together? |

Meet Catherine! Catherine joined the DPA staff in May 2006. Her passions include providing counsel and support to women and assisting adoptive families during their journey of adoption. Prior to her position as an Adoption Supervisor, Catherine worked as an Adoption Specialist at DPA and as a Child Life Specialist at the Children’s Hospital at OU Medical Center for eight years... |

Adoptive Family Update! We live in southwest Oklahoma on a ranch near Altus and have two kids, Turner (almost 10) and Taos (almost 1). Turner was adopted through Deaconess and last year after 16 years of marriage and years of infertility treatment before Turner, we found ourselves experiencing quite a shock of an unexpected pregnancy. We welcomed Taos in August, just 11 days before Turner turned 9. Turner is involved in many sports. As a family we enjoy playing golf, cheering on the Texas Tech Red Raiders, skiing, hunting, and traveling! |

We are making plans now for Adoption Awareness Month in November. One of our goals is to share as many adoption stories as we can on our social media platforms. We'd love to have photos, written stories and videos so we can show how God has touched lives through adoption.
